Express Shipping - Can I get my items sooner?
Currently no sooner than our shipping duration. As it is our practice to have a single free shipping option to best streamline our business to offer You, our customer, your maximum value for money.
However during off peak periods customers can receive their orders below the advised 14-21 days. Please contact us and we can better inform you based on our current order volume. To further ensure speedy turn around please review the FAQ regarding shipping to PO Box addresses below.

Shipping Overseas - Can i buy items on Fashion Code and deliver them overseas? 
Yes! we deliver all over the world. Shipping to countries outside of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and U.S.A will incur an additional $20AUD fee. Please note that shipping times to different countries may differ depending on the availability of postal, courier and custom requirements. Shipping Duration - How long will it take to receive my items?
Customers can expect to receive their goods within 14-21 days. Here at Fashion Code, our aim is simple, Quality Products at Quality Prices. Thus we have structured our business and processes to offer customers maximum value, and our FREE shipping is testament to this. Using cost effective warehousing, it is another part of how we are able to provide you our customers our quality products at these prices. 

Shipping of shoes - Why might it take longer for some shoes?
Some styles and sizes of shoes we carry are made when you order them - special. Thus may require a little extra time and care to get ready (normally 5-7 days), this is done so we are efficient and not wasteful thus able to pass the savings on to you. 

Shipping to a PO Box address - Is there a difference if I ship to a PO Box address?
Yes, some courier companies do not ship to PO Box addresses in which case we will ship your goods using Express Mail Service (EMS) which is typically 1-3 days longer than a courier service. Our advised shipping period of 14-21 days for high season and faster during low season takes this into account.
