Customer Service Policy
Fashion Code is committed to providing positive customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Average delivery timeframes are between 8-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Return Policy
- We no longer offer merchandise exchanges if you have chosen the wrong size, colour or simply changed your mind – so please be mindful to choose carefully
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 working days. By first sending an email notification to info@fashioncode.com.au subject: "Return Order --number-- ", i.e "Return Order 1234". Following which instructions including return shipping address will be given.
- Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you the exchanged merchandise.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- It is recommended that you use tracking codes for return deliveries.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- It is standard practice to submit photos of goods to verify any claims.
- Footwear, leather goods and all other items must include the original shoe box/packaging in its original condition, without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box/packaging may result in ineligibility for refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any shipping and handling fee for the return of purchased item are at your expense. This is typically 15% of the purchase price.
- Sale or discounted items may not be returned.
- Swimwear, ear rings and other intimate items may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- Processing time: If your package and email notification arrives within the 5-day period specified above, your refund will be processed within the next 5 business days.
- Parcels which need to be re-routed back due to multiple unsucessful delivery attempts will incur an additional $20 fee to have sent again.
