To offer maximum value to our customers we are proud to offer Free Shipping* on your orders. Please expect your goods to arrive within 14-21 days from date of purchase. During off peak seasons customers have received their orders below this period, please contact us and we can inform you better based on our current order volumes.

*Free shipping is applicable to Australian, New Zealand, Singapore & U.S.A customers only. Shipping to all other countries will incur an additional fee of AUD $20

Return Policy

• We no longer offer merchandise exchanges & returns if you have chosen the wrong size, colour or simply changed your mind – so please be mindful to choose carefully. We are sorry that this has become necessary but regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.
• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days. By first sending an email notification to info@fashioncode.com.au subject: "Return Order --number-- ", i.e "Return Order 1234". Following which instructions including return shipping address will be given.
• It is recommended that you use tracking codes for return deliveries.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• It is standard practice to submit photos of goods to verify any claims.
• Footwear, leather goods and all other items must include the original shoe box/packaging in its original condition, without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box/packaging may result in ineligibility for refund.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any shipping and handling fee for the return of purchased item are at your expense.
• Sale or discounted items may not be returned.
• Processing time: If your package and email notification arrives within the 10-day period specified above, your refund will be processed within the next 10 business days.
