Shipping & Returns: Fashion Code aims to deliver goods without imperfections but some items may arrive with slight imperfections (loose threads, stitching etc.) Only if a received item is defected to the extent of disabling its functionality or an incorrect item; customers may claim a 110% return of the items purchase price in accordance to our return policy. 

All items purchased from Fashion Code are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided. Estimated ship times may vary or change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. national holidays). If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Payment returns: return payment made through various payment gateways such as Paypal, Visa, Mastercard etc. may incur a transaction fee. You acknowledge that if you trigger a "chargeback" through your credit card provider we reserve the right to no longer conduct business with you.

Contents & Promotional Material: Colour, and stitching displayed on the website and subsequent promotional material including but not limited to emails, blogs and other articles are only to be used as a guide. It is not to be expected that the actual received product to be 100% similar or exactly the same as the images shown, or the originals they replicate. 

Shipping: Note that there are restrictions and taxes on certain products entering into your country, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Fashion Code takes no responsibility if items are seized by customs or other boarder agencies in your respective country. Once an order/sale has been made cancelations are not permitted.
